Furthermore, different detection tools may yield different results due to their varying criteria and sensitivity levels.
Our editors use the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word, which allows you to see where changes have been made. Your editors questions and comments to help you further improve your work will appear in the margin.

The edited document will display the ’’Track Changes’’ elements from Microsoft Word that highlights all edits and comments made by the editor. You can then review these edits and choose to accept or decline each revision.

Can I upload my document in sections?
Yes, you can upload your document in sections. We aim to have the same editor work on all parts. If the editor is unavailable, we’ll assign a qualified one. Shorter deadlines may reduce the chances of keeping the same editor. If the editor changes, there may be slight differences in style. Review all changes to ensure consistency.
Can I have only part of my document edited?
Yes, you can choose to have only specific sections or pages edited (e.g., introduction, conclusion). You’ll specify this in the comments box during upload.
What is the maximum file size I can upload?
The file size limit is 40 MB. If your file exceeds this, it’s likely due to large images. To reduce the size:
- Compress images using Microsoft Word’s built-in feature.
- Delete images if compression doesn’t work.
What file formats can I upload?
We mainly accept .doc and .docx files. Editing will be done using ‘Track Changes’ in Microsoft Word.
If using an .odt file, convert it to .docx using OpenOffice, LibreOffice, or Word.
What if I uploaded the wrong document?
Once the order is placed, you can’t replace the document. Contact support immediately if you need to submit a different version. If the editor has started, you’ll be charged for the additional editing.
How do I upload my document(s) for the 3-in-1 Bundles?
Combine all document content into one file with section breaks. For the Résumé & Business Editing Bundle, our editors can review your LinkedIn profile for additional feedback. This also applies to LinkedIn Profile Optimization orders.
