Our editors use the Track Changes feature in Microsoft Word, which allows you to see where changes have been made. Your editors questions and comments to help you further improve your work will appear in the margin.

Yes, you can upload your document in sections. We aim to have the same editor work on all parts. If the editor is unavailable, we’ll assign a qualified one. Shorter deadlines may reduce the chances of keeping the same editor. If the editor changes, there may be slight differences in style. Review all changes to ensure consistency.
Can I have only part of my document edited?
Yes, you can choose to have only specific sections or pages edited (e.g., introduction, conclusion). You’ll specify this in the comments box during upload.

What file formats can I upload?
We mainly accept .doc and .docx files. Editing will be done using ‘Track Changes’ in Microsoft Word.
If using an .odt file, convert it to .docx using OpenOffice, LibreOffice, or Word.
What if I uploaded the wrong document?
Once the order is placed, you can’t replace the document. Contact support immediately if you need to submit a different version. If the editor has started, you’ll be charged for the additional editing.
